So if you’ve been following me for a while, you know how obsessed I am with any and everything spicy. My thing with spicy is that it’s a fat burner and also helps you to feel full faster. When I consume a spicy food or beverage I can literally feel the fat falling off my body. Dramatic much? Probably! But that’s just how my experience and adoration for the spicy goodies!

Anyways, I wanted to share with y’all my everyday spicy green smoothie because it’s pretty delish and everyone I make it for absolutely loves it!

I think that a green smoothie should be apart of everyone’s daily diet because it’s how a good chunk of people get in a large percentage of their daily veggie serving. And with that follows a load of benefits like increased energy, improved digestion (your body will literally clean out!), improves heart health, enhanced nutrient absorption (your body reaps the nutritional benefits faster than with . eating a meal), clears skin (yes, glow) and so much more.

So yeah, if you’re not already getting your daily green smoothie in everyday, then you should seriously consider doing it!

When it comes to green smoothies or just smoothies in general, I always aim to put in more veggies than fruit. But don’t worry, if your ratios are right, it won’t taste like your drinking a salad. If you stick with me, I can show you how to make your veggie loaded smoothies taste like a yummy treat! The importance of loading up on veggies and being lighter on the fruits is that it controls the sugar intake so that you can really benefit from the veggies.

Okay, now that I’ve given you a bit of an educational backing on the importance of green smoothies, let’s get to the good, good!

So without further ado, here’s my recipe on my infamous everyday spicy green smoothie! I really hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
